One site that speaks to clients on both sides of the border, in the language they search in.
Many businesses in Baja have a Spanish site and lose American clients, or an English one that Mexican clients skip. A translate button on top of the page doesn't help: Google doesn't index it and the text reads like a machine wrote it.
I make a proper second version: each page has its own address in English and Spanish, the text is adapted rather than translated word for word, prices and contact options make sense for each audience, and Google knows which version to show to whom.

Usually yes. If the current site can hold a second language properly, I add it. If not, I suggest a rebuild and explain why.

I do, in both languages, from what you send me in writing. You approve every page before it goes live.
