A website is never finished: prices change, you add a service, a photo needs replacing. With monthly support you send the change in writing and I make it, usually within two business days.
Every month I also check speed and broken links, keep backups, update what needs updating and post to your Google Business Profile, so the listing stays active.

Yes. There is no long-term contract; you can stop at the end of any month.
